Little Voice 不收集你的任何数据。
语音在你的 iPhone 上转成文字，App 不联网，开发者收不到你的声音、文字或任何个人信息。
1. 我们是谁
Little Voice 由一位独立开发者开发和维护，开发者名称以 App Store 页面显示为准。联系邮箱：support@alittle.hk
2. 我们不收集什么
- 不用注册、不用登录，没有账号。
- 不收集、不上传你的声音、文字、通讯录、位置或设备标识。
- 没有广告，没有第三方统计、分析或崩溃上报工具，不做跨 App 跟踪。
- 本版本不发起任何网络请求。语音识别模型（开源的 Whisper）随 App 一起安装，不需要下载，开着飞行模式也能用。
3. 麦克风
把话转成文字需要麦克风权限。
- 录音和识别都由 Little Voice 主 App 在你的手机上完成（iOS 不允许键盘直接使用麦克风）。
- 你从键盘开始使用后，Little Voice 会在后台待命，方便你随时开口。待命期间 iOS 会显示麦克风指示（橙点或灵动岛），但这时的声音不会被识别，也不会被保存。只有你点「说话」到点「结束」之间的声音才会被转成文字。
- 待命闲置一段时间会自动结束（默认 25 分钟，可在首页「闲置自动关闭」里调整），你也可以随时在首页关掉。
4. 键盘的「允许完全访问」
开启「允许完全访问」时，iOS 会提示键盘开发者可能传送你输入的内容。Little Voice 开启它只为一件事：让键盘和 Little Voice 主 App 在同一台手机里互相传话（通过两者共享的本机存储区），把识别好的文字交给键盘插入。
- 键盘本身不联网，不记录你的按键。
- 为了让「撤销」只删掉刚插入的那一句，键盘插入时会临时读取光标前后的文字做比对。这些只在内存里用，不保存，也不传出。
5. 保存在你手机上的数据
以下内容只存在你的 iPhone 上，我们看不到：
- 历史记录：识别出的文字保存在「历史」里，方便你回看和复制。保留多久在「设置 › 数据管理 › 文本保留」里选：24 小时、1 周（默认）、1 个月或永久，过期的记录会在 App 启动、存入新记录或打开「历史」时自动删除；选「从不」则完全不保存。「历史」最多保留最近 500 条，超出时先删最旧的。也可以随时在「历史」里左滑删除单条，或点右上角菜单里的「清空所有」。
- 识别失败的录音：某次识别失败时，那段录音会留在手机上，方便你之后在「历史」里重新识别；重新识别成功、或那条历史记录被删除（包括到期自动删除）时，录音随之删除。所有失败录音合计超过 100 MB 时，先删最旧的录音。选了「从不」时，失败录音也不保存。识别成功的录音不会被保存（调试模式除外，见下一条）。
- 词典：你自己添加的词条，可在「个性化 › 自定义词典」左滑删除。
- 设置：界面语言、识别语言等偏好。
- 调试模式（默认关闭）：只有你在「设置 › 高级设置」手动打开后，App 才会在手机上保存调试日志（可能包含识别文字的片段）和调试录音（包括识别成功的），直到你手动清空。关闭调试模式不会删除已有文件；要删除，请重新打开调试模式，进入「查看日志」，在「日志」页点垃圾桶，在「录音文件」页点「清空全部」。
- 技术记录：例如每次识别用了多长时间、手机发热时的降级记录，不含你的声音和文字内容。
- 临时传递的文字：刚识别出的那一句会暂存在键盘和主 App 共享的本机存储区，键盘插入后即删除（或被下一句替换）。
删除 App 会同时删除以上全部数据。
关于备份：如果你开启了 iCloud 云备份或用电脑备份 iPhone，iOS 会按你的备份设置把上述本机数据一并放进你自己的备份。这由 Apple 处理，开发者无法读取。
你主动导出、复制或分享时（例如从「历史」导出 CSV / Markdown），内容会去到你自己选择的地方。
6. Apple 提供的统计
本 App 没有内置任何统计工具。如果你在 iOS「设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 分析与改进」里打开了「与 App 开发者共享」，Apple 可能会向开发者提供匿名的崩溃报告和使用统计。这由你在 iOS 里决定，随时可以关闭。
7. 儿童
Little Voice 不收集任何人的个人信息，包括儿童。
8. 你联系我们时
如果你给我们发邮件，我们会收到你的邮箱地址和你写的内容（包括你自己附上的截图或日志），只用来回复你的问题。
9. 政策变更
政策如有变化，我们会更新本页面和生效日期。如果将来的版本需要把任何数据传出你的手机，我们会先在 App 里清楚说明并征得你的同意，再更新本政策。

3. 麥克風
將說話轉成文字需要麥克風權限。
- 錄音及識別均由 Little Voice 主 App 在你的手機上完成（iOS 不容許鍵盤直接使用麥克風）。
- 你從鍵盤開始使用後，Little Voice 會在背景待命，方便你隨時開口。待命期間 iOS 會顯示麥克風指示（橙色圓點或動態島），但此時的聲音不會被識別，亦不會被儲存。只有你按「說話」至按「結束」之間的聲音，才會轉成文字。
- 待命閒置一段時間後會自動結束（預設 25 分鐘，可在首頁「閒置自動關閉」調整），你亦可隨時在首頁關閉。
4. 鍵盤的「允許完整取用」
開啟「允許完整取用」時，iOS 會提示鍵盤開發者或可傳送你輸入的內容。Little Voice 開啟此權限只為一件事：讓鍵盤與 Little Voice 主 App 在同一部手機內互相傳遞資料（透過兩者共用的本機儲存區），把識別好的文字交給鍵盤輸入。
- 鍵盤本身不連接網絡，不記錄你的按鍵。
- 為了讓「還原」只刪除剛輸入的那一句，鍵盤在輸入時會暫時讀取游標前後的文字作比對。這些內容只在記憶體中使用，不會儲存，亦不會傳出。
5. 儲存在你手機上的資料
以下內容只存在你的 iPhone 上，我們無法查看：
- 歷史記錄：識別出的文字會儲存在「歷史」，方便你重溫及複製。保留時間可在「設定 › 資料管理 › 文字保留」選擇：24 小時、1 星期（預設）、1 個月或永久，過期的記錄會在 App 啟動、儲存新記錄或開啟「歷史」時自動刪除；選「從不」（粵語介面顯示為「唔儲」）則完全不會儲存。「歷史」最多保留最近 500 條，超出時會先刪除最舊的記錄。你亦可隨時在「歷史」向左掃刪除單條，或按右上角選單中的「清空全部」。
- 識別失敗的錄音：某次識別失敗時，該段錄音會留在手機上，方便你稍後在「歷史」重新識別；重新識別成功，或該條歷史記錄被刪除（包括到期自動刪除）時，錄音會隨之刪除。所有失敗錄音合計超過 100 MB 時，會先刪除最舊的錄音。選了「從不」時，失敗錄音亦不會儲存。識別成功的錄音不會被儲存（除錯模式除外，見下一項）。
- 詞典：你自行加入的詞條，可在「個人化 › 自訂詞典」向左掃刪除。
- 設定：介面語言、識別語言等偏好。
- 除錯模式（預設關閉）：只有你在「設定 › 進階設定」手動開啟後，App 才會在手機上儲存除錯日誌（或包含識別文字的片段）及除錯錄音（包括識別成功的），直至你手動清除。關閉除錯模式不會刪除現有檔案；如要刪除，請重新開啟除錯模式，進入日誌頁面，清除日誌及錄音檔案。
- 技術記錄：例如每次識別所用的時間、手機發熱時的降級記錄，不含你的聲音及文字內容。
- 暫時傳遞的文字：剛識別出的那一句會暫存於鍵盤與主 App 共用的本機儲存區，鍵盤輸入後隨即刪除（或被下一句取代）。
刪除 App 會同時刪除以上所有資料。
關於備份：如你開啟了 iCloud 備份或使用電腦備份 iPhone，iOS 會按你的備份設定，把上述本機資料一併放入你自己的備份。此過程由 Apple 處理，開發者無法讀取。
你主動匯出、複製或分享時（例如從「歷史」匯出 CSV / Markdown），內容會去到你自行選擇的地方。
6. Apple 提供的統計資料
此 App 沒有內置任何統計工具。如你在 iOS 的私隱設定中選擇與 App 開發者分享分析資料，Apple 或會向開發者提供匿名的當機報告及使用統計。此設定由你在 iOS 中決定，可隨時關閉。
7. 兒童
Little Voice 不收集任何人的個人資料，包括兒童。
8. 你聯絡我們時
如你向我們發送電郵，我們會收到你的電郵地址及你所寫的內容（包括你自行附上的截圖或日誌），只會用於回覆你的查詢。
9. 政策修訂
如本政策有所修訂，我們會更新本頁面及生效日期。如日後的版本需要把任何資料傳出你的手機，我們會先在 App 內清楚說明並取得你的同意，然後再更新本政策。

Little Voice Privacy Policy
Effective: October 2026
Applies to Little Voice for iPhone, version 1.0, including the Little Voice Keyboard.
Little Voice does not collect any of your data.
Your speech is turned into text on your iPhone, the app does not connect to the internet, and the developer never receives your voice, your text, or any personal information.
1. Who we are
Little Voice is made and maintained by an independent developer (the developer name shown on the App Store). Contact: support@alittle.hk
2. What we don’t collect
- No sign-up, no login, no account.
- We don’t collect or upload your voice, text, contacts, location, or device identifiers.
- No ads, no third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools, no tracking across apps.
- This version makes no network requests. The speech recognition model (the open-source Whisper) is installed with the app, so nothing needs to be downloaded, and it works in Airplane Mode.
3. Microphone
Little Voice needs microphone access to turn your speech into text.
- Recording and recognition happen in the Little Voice app, on your iPhone (iOS does not let keyboards use the microphone directly).
- After you start from the keyboard, Little Voice waits in the background so you can speak at any time. While it waits, iOS shows the microphone indicator (orange dot or Dynamic Island), but that audio is not recognised and not saved. Only the audio between tapping to speak and tapping to stop is turned into text.
- Standby ends by itself after a period of inactivity (25 minutes by default; change it under “Auto-Off When Idle” on the Home tab), and you can turn it off on the Home tab at any time.
4. Keyboard “Allow Full Access”
When you turn on “Allow Full Access”, iOS warns that the keyboard’s developer could transmit what you type. Little Voice uses Full Access for one thing only: letting the keyboard and the Little Voice app pass messages to each other on the same iPhone (through storage that the two share on the device), so the recognised text can be handed to the keyboard and inserted.
- The keyboard itself makes no network requests and does not log your keystrokes.
- So that “Undo” removes only the sentence it just inserted, the keyboard briefly reads the text around the cursor when inserting, to compare. This stays in memory only; it is not saved or sent anywhere.
5. What stays on your iPhone
The following exists only on your iPhone. We cannot see it.
- History: recognised text is kept under History so you can review and copy it. Choose how long under Settings › Data Management › Text Retention: 24 hours, 1 week (the default), 1 month, or forever. Expired entries are deleted automatically when the app starts, when a new entry is saved, or when you open History. To keep nothing, choose “Never”. History keeps at most the 500 most recent entries; beyond that, the oldest are deleted first. You can also delete any entry by swiping it in History, or delete everything with “Clear All” in the menu at the top right.
- Recordings that failed to transcribe: if recognition fails, that recording stays on your iPhone so you can retry it later from History. It is deleted once a retry succeeds, or when its History entry is deleted (including when it expires). If failed recordings add up to more than 100 MB, the oldest are deleted first. With “Never” selected, failed recordings are not kept either. Recordings that transcribe successfully are not saved (except in Debug Mode, see below).
- Dictionary: words you add yourself. Delete them by swiping in Personalization › Custom Dictionary.
- Settings: your preferences, such as interface language and recognition language.
- Debug Mode (off by default): only if you turn it on under Settings › Advanced Settings does the app save debug logs (which may contain fragments of recognised text) and debug recordings (including successful ones) on your iPhone, until you clear them. Turning Debug Mode off does not delete existing files; to delete them, turn Debug Mode back on, open the log viewer, and clear the logs and the recordings.
- Technical records: such as how long each recognition took, and records of slowing down when the phone gets hot. They contain no audio and no text.
- Text in transit: the sentence just recognised is held briefly in the storage shared by the keyboard and the app, and is deleted once the keyboard inserts it (or replaced by the next one).
Deleting the app deletes all of the above.
About backups: if you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, iOS includes this on-device data in your own backup, according to your backup settings. Apple handles this; the developer cannot read it.
When you export, copy, or share (for example, exporting History as CSV or Markdown), the content goes wherever you choose to send it.
6. Statistics from Apple
The app contains no analytics tools. If you have turned on “Share With App Developers” in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements, Apple may give the developer anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. That choice is yours in iOS, and you can turn it off at any time.
7. Children
Little Voice does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write (including any screenshots or logs you choose to attach), and use them only to reply to you.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a future version ever needs to send any data off your iPhone, we will explain it clearly in the app and ask for your consent first, and update this policy.
